The old wooden barrels are important factors for the high quality of Officinae Defrutum Balsamic Vinegar.
According to the century old tradition, Balsamic Vinegar has to be aged in barrels made of oak, chestnut, cherry, juniper and ash woods.
Use it for: mixed salads, raw or cooked vegetables, roast or grilled meats, boiled meats, fish, omelettes, cheeses.
Protected Denomination of Origin. Aged for minimum 12 years in wood barrels.
