Description
The egg noddle “Tagliatelle” with Porcini Mushrooms by Maso Eggerhof in South Tirol, are produced with high quality eggs from free-land chicken. The production takes place with genetic-free hard wheat semolina. We consciously and purposely renounce of dye materials, preservatives and the addition of water. The Tagliatelle are placed gently to dry for an exceptionally long time.
Ingredients: hard wheat semolina, mushroom powder, fresh eggs, rosemary, water.
