WINEMAKING: soft pressing and praise most fermentation at controlled temperatures of 20°C.
FERMENTATION: steel INOX tanks for 5 months.
DURATION: 3 years of bottling..
FOOD MATCH: perfect as aperitif, it blends well with thin appetizers, dishes based on fish and delicate soups.
SERVING TEMPERATURE: 8° – 10° C.
