Vallagarina I.g.t. Rosato Spagnolli: taste delicate, light and easy-going. Bouquet thin and delicate with undertones of dry Leaves. Rosé colour, lively, cherry. Vineyards situated in the hilly areas of Vallagarina, at an altitude of about 200-400 metres. Short maceration for 2-4 days and fermentation at controlled temperature. Malolactic fermentation and maturation in steel inox tanks. Alcoholic content 11,40 %.
