By Agraria Riva del Garda, a naturally leavened cake made with Gewürztraminer and Moscato Giallo grape must from our cellar, raisins and candied apples. Seasonal product, available in the Christmas period.
Wheat flour, raisin 14,7%, grape must 2,5% (50% Moscato Giallo and 50% Gewürztraminer, contains sulphites), butter, fresh egg yolk free-range, candied apples 9,8%, cane sugar, water, natural yeast (wheat flour, water), italian honey, fresh milk, emusifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, salt, natural flavouring (vanilla pods). May containt traces of nuts and soy.
