Separated harvest, due to slight differences in maturation’s periods. 6 months of maturation in French barriques. Distinct wines’ management. Cuvée executed before bottling, few months later the extraction from the barriqeus. Then, bottles lie in the vinery until the end of the organoleptic panel.
