The classic Kalterer See from our top-class vineyard “Castel Ringberg“ woos in bright ruby red with a fruity bouquet of sweet cherries and slight almond notes. Elegant tannins, youthful freshness and inviting drinkability show the typicity and personality of this traditional South Tyrolean varietal from its best side. Serves cool (12°C), a companionable aperitif wine and an inviting, versatile accompaniment to your dishes, suited to every occasion and enjoyable at any time.
Only fully ripe grapes are selected. Traditional must fermentation for 7 days in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 27°C. Acid sedimentation and maturation in Slavonian oak barrels (80 hl). A wine made to be drunk young.
Aging potential: 4 – 5 years.
Alcohol: 13,00 % Vol.
