Description
Isaras Rosato Vigneti delle Dolomiti IGT Cantina Valle Isarco: this pleasant Rosé is a Cuvée of Pinot Noir, Portuguese grapes and Zweigelt. As in white wine production, grape is immediately pressed to obtain a light ruby red wine that can be enjoyed in the most diverse occasions.
VINIFICATION: Delicate processing and crushing, controlled-temperature fermentation and ageing on fine lees in stainless steel tanks, no malolactic fermentation
CHARACTERISTICS: Colour pale cherry-red Nose fruity-spicy with scents of cherry, strawberry, currant and marzipan Taste dry with fresh acidity, persistent finish of smell of roses
AGEING CAPACITY: 2 – 3 years
MATCHINGS: excellent as an aperitif, it goes well with fish, shellfish, vegetarian dishes
SERVE AT: 10° – 12°
ALCOHOL CONTENT: 12 % vol.
