Applications; Coffee Clean is a special product for professional cleaning of brewing units, filters and filter holders of coffee machines.
Features and properties: Coffee Clean is a tablet detergent, odourless and easily soluble, which, thanks to its strong degreasing and emulsifying action on vegetable fats and its ability to develop active oxygen, is able to perfectly clean the parts making up the coffee machine assembly. Coffee Clean washing solutions are perfectly rinseable without leaving any traces on the treated parts. Chemical-physical data include: pH (1% solution) = 11.3. Apparent density: 0.96
Use methods and doses: To clean filters, filter holders, etc.: Dissolve 1 tablet of Coffee Clean per litre of hot water. Soak the parts to be treated for 30 minutes or more; then rinse thoroughly. To clean the unit: dose 1 tablet of Coffee Clean into the blind filter and operate as for a normal coffee brew. Open and close the brew at approximately 10-second intervals, repeat the operation 4-5 times, then rinse thoroughly.
