Trento DOC Balter Brut: sparkling wine obtained following the Champagne method, Chardonnay 100%. Since from first operations, Nicola Balter tries to give an original print to the products. Pris de mousse is achieved through a slight lower atmospheric pressure than standard, this allow to drink Balter Brut during all the lunch or dinner and not only during a special moment. Balter Brut would be considered a Riserva, due to its 3 years stop on the yeasts, instead it is the basic product offered by the estate; 7 are the years spent by Balter Brut Riserva on the yeasts. Its main characteristics determine a straw yellow and a multiple-reflex brilliance, a fine and continue perlage and finally a very appealing perfume.
