Straw yellow colour with greenish tints. Delicate, very intense and persistent fragrance that reminds flowery and fruity blends from acacia flowers to white melon, pineapple and pear.The taste is fully dry, good, soft, aromatic.
WINEMAKING: soft pressing and praise most fermentation at controlled temperatures of 20°C.
FERMENTATION: steel INOX tanks for 5 months.
DURATION: 3 years of bottling.
FOOD MATCH: It comes with different combinations, such as dishes based on eggs as well as boiled poultry, sea and river fish, steam cooked, oven cooked sea bass fillet and special risotto.
Serving temperature: 8° – 10°C.
