Cabernet-Sauvignon IGT Vallagarina – Balter: even if international cultivar, due to the microclimate influence and to the ground’s typology is able to propose to the final consumer a unique wine, different from all others achieved from this type of grapes. This wine is ruby-red with violet reflections, it tastes of raspberry, redcurrant and small fruits; at first moment into the mouth the perception is softness, together with a slightly peppery sensation with fine tannins and an important testing persistence. Following the company style the balance between all the components of this wine gives to the wine a great ease to drink.
Harvest in little cases at the end of October. Maturation and malo-lactic fermentation in French barriques from 12 to 15 months. Bottling follows the extraction from the barriques in few months, and then bottles lie in the vinery until the end of the organoleptic panel.
