The old wooden barrels are important factors for the high quality of Officinae Defrutum Balsamic Vinegar.
According to the century old tradition, Balsamic Vinegar has to be aged in barrels made of oak, chestnut, cherry, juniper and ash woods.
Use it for: grilled or barbecued vegetables, smoked salmon, pasta, pizza, risotto, fish, boiled, roast or grilled meats, cheeses, ice cream, strawberries, dark chocolate and at the end of a meal for good digestion.
Protected Denomination of Origin – Aged for minimum 25 years in wood barrels.
